Content and intellectual property

All editorial content on Cornwall Bound — articles, guides, photography, design, code and the Cornwall Bound name and marks — is owned by Fortico Media Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may share links to individual pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish, reproduce or otherwise commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Business names, logos, photography and other material submitted to us by businesses for the purpose of directory listings remain the property of those businesses; by submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site for the duration of your listing.

Directory listings and advertising

Directory listings are provided in accordance with our published rate card. By purchasing a paid listing you agree that:

The information you supply is accurate and lawful.
You have the right to use any photography or materials you submit.
Your business complies with all applicable UK laws and industry regulations.
We may edit copy for brevity, clarity, house style and factual accuracy, and may reject a listing at our discretion.
We may suspend or remove a listing that becomes inaccurate, receives credible complaints, or brings the site into disrepute.

All listing and sponsored content is clearly labelled as such where it is paid. Editorial recommendations that appear elsewhere on the site are unpaid and remain our independent judgement — see our editorial and disclosure statement.

Reliance on information

We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on Cornwall Bound is accurate at the time of publication, and we routinely re-verify listing details. However opening hours, prices, menu items and other business information can change without notice. Please check with the business directly before making a journey. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by out-of-date information.
